TREATMENT MODALITIES
I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming approach rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration.
My goal as a therapist is to guide you to a place where you feel confident, empowered, and capable of navigating life’s challenges independently.
Instead of keeping you in therapy long-term, I want to help you build the tools you need to manage on your own.
My approach focuses on:
Processing trauma
Developing coping strategies
Building self-awareness
Strengthening support networks
Cultivating resilience
I have experience and training in multiple evidence-based treatment modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Art Therapy to help my clients achieve their goals.
There is no one-size-fits-all treatment method that is effective for everyone, so I employ an eclectic approach to therapy, using treatment methods to best fit your individual needs.
Keep reading to learn about some of the specific therapeutic modalities we might use to help you overcome the past and start thriving.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

A form of therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors
Focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions, aiming to develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges
CBT is often structured, goal-oriented, and effective for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress
Art Therapy
WHAT IT IS:
Utilizes creative expression through art to help individuals explore emotions, resolve conflicts, and promote personal growth
