Many medical providers and insurance companies require at least one letter from a therapist prior to undergoing gender-affirming care, which may include gender-affirming surgery or hormone replacement therapy.
I provide these letters utilizing a “pay-what-you-can” model in an effort to improve access to care.

How do I get a letter?
Schedule a free consultation or email me to discuss your needs.
Following the consultation, you will receive a link to the client portal to complete a basic questionnaire and intake paperwork (including consents and practice policies).
We will schedule an appointment to review the questionnaire and paperwork, answer any questions, and discuss the content and purpose of the letter itself.
You will receive a copy of your letter within a 2-3 days and may suggest any edits or corrections.
The appointment fee is based on what you can afford or are willing to pay. There is no set rate or minimum fee.
There is no additional charge for the letter itself or revisions.
