MY APPROACH

I am dedicated to fostering a supervisory environment that is safe, inclusive, and empowering, where supervisees can develop their identities as clinicians while refining their skills in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, and other issues.

My supervisory style is collaborative, drawing on trauma-informed care, person-centered frameworks, and constructivist approaches to support professional growth. I emphasize the importance of self-reflection and encourage supervisees to cultivate self-compassion as they navigate their own development and challenges.

In our work together, I encourage supervisees to explore their professional strengths, identify areas for growth, and build the confidence needed to support their clients effectively. My aim is to empower them to develop their own clinical voice and approach while promoting meaningful change in both their personal and professional lives.
