Smiling female therapist in Texas specializing in anxiety and women's mental health.

Meet

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor based in Houston, Texas.

As an LGBTQ+ affirming feminist therapist, I create a safe, inclusive space where women and trans individuals can heal from trauma and anxiety.

My professional journey has been shaped by a specialized focus on women's issues and LGBTQ+ mental health. As a white, cisgender, heterosexual, and able-bodied woman, I recognize the privileges these identities afford me in our society. This awareness fuels my commitment to creating an inclusive, understanding, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment for all my clients, especially those from marginalized communities.

I strive to be an ally and advocate, using my position to amplify the voices of those who are often unheard or misunderstood in our society. The core values that guide my work include inclusivity, cultural competence, social justice, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Whether you're seeking support for past trauma, feelings of inadequacy, or managing everyday stress, I'm here to provide a compassionate, affirming, and empowering therapeutic experience. My goal is to create a space where every individual feels seen, heard, and supported, regardless of their background or identity.

It's time to prioritize your own well-being and embrace the authentic person you are. Reach out today and take the first step towards a more fulfilling life. You deserve it.
